Let us breath new life into your home, whether it's renovating a kitchen, bathroom, or family room, or even adding a new sunroom, home office, deck, porch, or outside shower. These homeowners renovated their cape on Town Cove in East Orleans by tearing down existing walls, opening up the first floor to make a large living, dining, and kitchen space and updated the 2nd floor bedrooms and bath.

Recently finished bonus room and bathroom suite.

A focal point of the Eastward Companies' Seaport Village community, located in historic Harwich Port, is this renovated Greek Revival. The historic home, originally built in 1857 for successful cranberry bog owner Valentine Doane Jr., was converted into four beautiful condominium residences.

Formerly an out building for the main residence- a Greek revival built in 1857- this post and beam antique barn was reconfigured and extended into a modern "barn house." Located to the northeast of the Greek revival, the one-and-a-half story barn with a 2 x 3 bay and front gable was originally one of three barns that most likely were used in connection to the property owner's profession as a successful cranberry grower.

In 2002, Eastward Companies skillfully remodeled the barn to create a unique home that highlights the structure's 150 year-old woodwork.

This 1920s full cape was given a new life in the 21st century with a master bedroom suite, gourmet kitchen, 2-car garage, and bonus room addition. Other work to the home included new roof, shutters, windows, doors, and new paint. The existing 2-car garage that accompanied the home was converted into a carriage house.
